1. Data controller

2. Purpose and legal basis
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- handling your inquiry, quotation and order, and communicating with you — legal basis: pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- conducting business correspondence, record-keeping of inquiries, customer care and protecting our legitimate interests — legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- compliance with legal obligations (e.g. accounting and tax) — legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
3. Categories of data
We process the data you provide through the contact or quote form, in particular: name and surname, company name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message. Under our legitimate interest we also process information about which pages and products you viewed on our website, linked to your inquiry (see section 6).
4. Recipients and processors
We do not pass personal data to third parties for their own purposes. To operate the service we use processors: a hosting / server provider and an e-mail service provider. These processors act only on our instructions under a data-processing agreement. We do not transfer data to third countries outside the EU/EEA.
5. Retention period
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above — for the duration of the business relationship and thereafter for the period required by law (in particular accounting and tax), or for as long as needed to protect our legitimate interests. Data from non-binding inquiries that do not lead to a contract are generally kept for no longer than 24 months.
6. Visitor tracking
Under our legitimate interest (handling business inquiries) we keep a history of the pages and products viewed during a session, linked to your inquiry (the Odoo "website visitor" feature), so that our sales team can advise you better. You have the right to object to this processing (see section 7).
7. Your rights
In relation to the processing of your personal data you have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- rectification of inaccurate data;
- erasure ("right to be forgotten");
- restriction of processing;
- data portability;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz.
